As a dedicated holistic coach, my philosophy is grounded in whole body connection and holistic wellness. I believe that true well-being includes more than physical fitness. It encompasses nutrition, mental clarity, emotional resilience, meaningful connection, and alignment with your whole body.
My mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. I am committed to helping you discover the strength within you to make lasting changes. I value Integrity, compassion, individuality, and personal growth; these guide every aspect of my coaching.
I’m Jackie, an integrative nutrition health coach and certified massage therapist devoted to helping our patients feel more energized, grounded, and confident in their everyday lives. Through a holistic, root-cause approach, I support you in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that honor your body, your needs, and your unique journey.
My own health journey led me to explore the foundations of true wellness—nutrition, daily habits, stress management, movement, and self-care. Through my integrative nutrition health coaching training—and as I continue working toward my National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification—I’ve seen firsthand how small, intentional changes can create powerful shifts in physical, mental, and emotional well-being
I help you build realistic, personalized wellness plans that meet them exactly where they are. Together, we focus on:

WHAT IS HOLISTIC COACHING
